Suggested Regimen

Penicillin G 5 million units IV once, then 2.5 million units IV q4h

Penicillin Allergy

Cefazolin 1-2 grams IV q8h

OR

If GBS is Sensitive/Susceptible: Clindamycin
600-900 mg IV q8h

OR

Vancomycin 15-20 mg/kg IV q8-12h
