Clean Procedures:
no incision through oral, nasal or pharyngeal mucosa
no insertion of prosthetic material (e.g. lymph node excision)
OR
Clean Contaminated Low Risk:
Tonsillectomy
Adenoidectomy
Tympanoplasty
Mastoidectomy
Dental extraction
