To maintain health by providing access to comprehensive care and support services, including:

  • Antiretroviral therapy for treatment of established HIV infection

  • Prevention of perinatal transmission of HIV

  • Prevention (prophylaxis) and treatment of opportunistic infections (OIs)

  • Counseling and testing

  • Psycho-social and nutritional support
