We leave the trainers with a comprehensive onboarding plan for each hospital and adequate training materials so the trainers are confidently able to conduct week long onboarding workshops for each successive hospital in the group.

Single hospitals might elect to have Bluebird provide a comprehensive hand holding and professional onboarding service with follow up training as required.
