AM: 1.5 tablets
PM: 1.5 tablets

If the child is age 6 AND over 25 kg, AND able to swallow pills, then they can take the non-chewable 400 mg tablet, one tablet BID.

28-40 kg

Chewable tablet, scored, 100 mg

AM: 2 tablets
PM: 2 tablets

If the child is age 6 AND over 25 kg, AND able to swallow pills, then they can take the non-chewable 400 mg tablet, one tablet BID.

≥ 40 kg

Chewable tablet, scored, 100 mg

AM: 3 tablets
PM: 3 tablets
