No signs of systemic infection

Failure of oral antibiotics or systemic signs of infection: - Temp >38°C - Tachycardia - Tachypnea - Abnormal white blood cell count
Severe
Immunocompromised or clinical signs of deeper infection: - Bullae - Skin sloughing - Hypotension - Evidence of organ dysfunction - Possible Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS)
Once susceptibilities are available, de-escalate to narrowest spectrum PO antibiotic
