5 Days for all ages.
CrCl Greater Than 60 mL/min
75 mg po BID
CrCl 31-60 mL/min
30mg po twice daily
CrCl 10-30 mL/min

Single 75mg dose for the duration of illness
Dialysis
Low-Flux HD 30mg after each dialysis session
High-Flux HD 75mg after each dialysis session
CAPD Dialysis 30mg once weekly
CRRT High-Flux Dialysis 30mg daily OR 75mg every second day
Less than or equal to 15 kg
30 mg po BID
Over 15 kg to 23 kg inclusive
45 mg po BID
Over 23 kg to 40 kg inclusive
60 mg po BID
Over 40 kg
Antivirals are not authorized in Canada for routine treatment of ILI in infants less than 12 months of age.
Use is considered on a case-by-case basis.
