SCr < 1.5

Initial Episode, Severe CDI

WBC > 15 x 10⁹
or
SCr > 1.5

Initial Episode, Fulminant CDI

Any of the following:

  •  Ileus

  •  Toxic megacolon

  •  Perforation

  •  Peritonitis

  •  Septic shock

  •  Hypotension

First Recurrence

Second or Subsequent Recurrences
