First Line

Azithromycin 1g PO x 1 dose

OR

Doxycycline 100mg PO BID x 7d

AND

Cefixime 800 mg PO x 1 dose for Neisseria gonorrhoea

(i.e. allergy to first-line treatment), please consult Infectious Diseases Team

Amoxicillin 500mg PO TID x 7d

OR

Azithromycin 1g PO x 1 dose
