PENICILLIN ALLERGY (ANAPHYLAXIS)

Cefazolin differs structurally from most penicillins and can often be used in patients with reported penicillin allergy - contact Pharmacy or ID consult service.

Vancomycin IV loading dose followed by maintenance for target trough of 15-20 ug/mL
