Meropenem (Mpm) 20-40mg IV, 8 hourly (max: 6000mg/day)
Amoxicillin-Clavulanate (Amx-Clv) 40 mg/kg in 2 divided doses (max: 4000mg/day AMX + 500mg/day Clv)
Dose calculated based on amoxicillin component
Thioacetazone (T) 2.5mg/kg od (max: 150mg/day)
