Ivermectin 200 µg/kg once daily, for 1-2 days
Taken on an empty stomach with water; safety not established for children <15kg
Drug of choice
AND
Albendazole 400mg once dailys, for 7 days
If individual severely affected and immunocompromised
AND/OR
Longer treatment course
