Albendazole

  • 400mg once, OR

  • 400mg daily for 3 days

Note:

  • Taken with food; fatty meal increases bioavailability

  • Drug of choice

OR

Mebendazole

  • 100mg Q12H for 3 days, OR

  • 500mg once

  • Drug of choice

OR

Pyrantel pamoate 11 mg/kg (max: 1g) daily for 3 days

  • Suspension can be mixed with milk or fruit juice

  • Drug of choice
