Ceftriaxone 1g IV Q24H

For Severe B-Lactam Allergy

Moxifloxacin 400mg PO/IV Q24H

Follow Up

Reassess daily

Adjust antibiotics based upon culture results and treat for 5 days. Consider oral step down if clinical improvement.
