Not febrile or systemically ill, not recurrent, normal urinary tract anatomy, no history of resistant pathogens, normal renal function

Other Enterobacteriaceae

Empiric Antimicrobials

Cephalexin PO

OR

Tobramycin IM or IV as a single daily dose for up to 2 days until culture results and sensitivities available

OR

Cefixime PO
