Di- & Trivalent cations including Al, Ca, Fe, Mg (antacids, dairy products, iron supplements, some enteral feeds) - decreased absorption
Cyclosporine - increased levels of cyclosporine
Warfarin - increased INR
Methadone - lowered seizure threshold
