Common in the environment (water, soil)
Generally causes nosocomial infection in North America and can occur in outbreaks
Infections seen in military personnel in war zones as well as natural disaster settings, i.e. tsunami/earthquake

Biofilm infections of prosthetic devices
Wound infection (Burn Wounds)/SSTI
UTI
May be a colonizer
