"Pan-susceptible" isolates are sensitive to amoxicillin, ampicillin, cephalosporins including first generation, TMP-SMX, fluoroquinolones, aminoglycosides, piperacillin-tazobactam, and carbapenems.

May be resistant to third generation cephalosporins (ESBL), and rarely to carbapenems (CRE).

Nitrofurantoin and fosfomycin usually susceptible (cystitis only)
