Vancomycin reliable for severe/invasive-infections.

For non-invasive infections empiric doxycycline or TMP-SMX. Clindamycin resistance 50%, not recommended unless susceptible.

Cloxacillin, cefazolin, or cephalexin are treatment of choice if methicillin-susceptible.
