Anaerobes: Bacteroides fragilis (increasing resistance)

Does not cover: Enterococci, Pseudomonas and other more resistant gram negatives, ESBL or AmpC producing Enterobacteriaceae, Listeria, and not the agent of choice for staphylococcal infections.
