Gram positive: Streptococci. methicillin sensitive Staphylococcus aureus

Gram negative: most Enterobacteriaceae, N. meningitidis, Moraxella, H. influenzae, Legionella, Pasteurella

Anaerobic: non-difficile Clostridia, Prevotella, Peptostreptococci

Other: Mycoplasma, Chlamydophila , some Pseudomonas activty

Does not cover: Many Staphylococci (MRSA), many Enterococci, Stenotrophomonas
