Moderate, Progressive, Severe or Complicated

Initiate antiviral therapy immediately

No previous oseltamivir exposure

Those with illness despite oseltamivir prophylaxis

Those not responding to oseltamivir therapy

Where influenza B is confirmed or strongly suggested
