Gram negative: Susceptible Enterobacteriaceae including ESBL producers, Pseudomonas aeurginosa, M. catarrhalis, H. influenzae.

Anaerobic: None.

Other: Synergistic activity against Staphylococci and Enterococci, some Mycobacteria

Does not cover: most gram positives, anaerobes, atypicals.
