Gram negative: drug resistant GNs including Acinetobacter, Carbapenemase producing Enterobacter, Serratia, Stenotrophomonas, and most Enterobacteriaceae

Anaerobes: B. fragilis, Prevotella, Peptostreptococci

Other: Atypicals -Chlamydophila and Mycoplasma
