Gram positive: Streptococci

Gram negative: most Enterobacteriaceae, N. meningitidis, Moraxella, H. influenzae, Legionella, Pasteurella, Pseudomonas and Stenotrophomonas (use with caution and only if susceptible)

Anaerobic: non-difficile Clostridia, Prevotella, Peptostreptococci

Other: Mycoplasma, Chlamydophila

Does not cover: Many Staphylococci (MRSA), many Enterococci
