Secondary to similar side chains the following Cephalosporins should be used with extreme caution or avoided altogether with stated Ampicillin or Amoxicillin allergy.
Cephalexin (Keflex)
Cefprozil (Cefzil)
Cefaclor (Ceclor)
Cephradine (Velosef)
Cefadroxil (Duricef)
