Only these drugs are antipseudomonal:

• Pip/Tazo

• Ceftazidime (non-formulary)

• Cefepime

• Meropenem

• Imipenem (non-formulary)

• Aztreonam

• Ciprofloxacin (pediatrics only)

• Aminoglycosides

• Colistin

Variable resistance patterns with mechanisms to be resistant to all of these drugs is observed, which is why double coverage is often used prior to susceptibility results.
