Neisseria gonorrhea (genitourinary)

First Line

Cefixime 800 mg PO x 1 dose

OR

Ceftriaxone 250 mg IM x 1 dose

AND

Azithromycin 1g PO x 1 dose for Chlamydia trachomatis

Second Line

(i.e. allergy to first-line treatment), please consult Infectious Diseases Team

Pregnancy

Same as for non-pregnant patients
