Ciprofloxacin
TMP-SMX
Fosfomycin may be an option for cystitis.
Resistant to nitrofurantoin.
This organism harbours a chromosomal broad spectrum beta-lactamase and should be considered resistant to all beta-lactam combination agents except carbapenems
