Pontiac fever is a self-limited febrile illness
Extrapulmonary infections rare, but include endocarditis
Notifiable disease - notify Public Health ASAP
Urine legionella antigen test available at CLS
Risk factors include outbreak setting, older male, smoker, with cardiopulmonary disease, renal disease, or immunosuppression
