Monitor for 24 hours for resolution or progression of clinical symptoms.
Repeat chest radiograph in 24 hours
Clinical signs & symptoms return to baseline within 24 hours.
Patient has ongoing fever, increased respiratory rate, decreased SpO₂, new or worsening opacification on chest radiograph at 24 hours.
