Variably susceptibility to:
TMP-SMX
Macrolides
Clindamycin
Resistance to penicillin and cephalosporins exists which is why vancomycin is usually part of empiric therapy for acute bacterial meningitis.
For invasive infections, susceptibility profiles with MIC data should be obtained.
