Head and neck infection including Lemierre's syndrome (septic jugular thrombosis) associated with F. necrophorum bacteremia and metastatic abscesses

Peritonsillar abscesses
Empyema
Intra-abdominal abscess
Diabetic foot infection
Bacteremia
Bacteremia with F. necrophorum should prompt thorough investigation for septic thrombophlebitis (Lemierre's syndrome)
