Susceptible to:

• Vancomycin

• Daptomycin

• Linezolid

Variably susceptible to:

• TMP-SMX

• Tetracyclines

• Clindamycin

Rates of MRSA resistance to clindamycin are high; clindamycin should NOT be used as empiric therapy for Staphylococcus aureus infections.
