Reliably susceptible to:

• Penicillin

•  Amoxicillin/Ampicillin

• Vancomycin

• Linezolid

Variably susceptible to:

•  Fluoroquinolones

• Tetracycline

Aminoglycosides can be used for synergy if no high-level resistance (call the microbiology lab for this data).

If urinary isolate, most are nitrofurantoin susceptible. Fosfomycin can also be used but not routinely tested, available upon request.
