In healthy hosts, can cause UTI, and liver abscesses.
Nosocomial infection:
UTI
Pneumonia
Intra-abdominal and biliary infection
Prosthetic material and vascular catheter infection
May require contact precautions if highly resistant i.e. ESBL, carbapenem resistant
